My America

Description

I'm a proud Australian but I'm not too proud to say I feel part of me is American too. I feel such a deep affinity with its incredible people and places and over the years I've made many friends for life there - mostly over a chance meeting at a dirt track in a part of the world that many Americans might believe was obscure. This 112 page book could have been 312 but I had to stop somewhere for the first edition. Over the years I have literally taken thousands and thousands of images. I've been moved in so many ways to write and photograph the most wonderful people and incredible moments. Speedway cars and Speedway people and shoots from Santa Monica beach to Clinton Mississippi to of course Knoxville Iowa. This is a snapshot of 'My America
